The Circle is a 12-month membership for working therapists. Live coaching, real community, and the business and safety knowledge the industry never taught you.
Not a course to consume. Not a community to scroll. A space that takes the development of therapists seriously.
Every month brings live group sessions, a peer accountability partner, a workbook with real depth, and homework that produces something tangible in your practice. You meet Kensey one to one three times across the year, at the start, middle and end. The cohort moves through it all together, and the community stays live long after.
Professional development, personal confidence, career sustainability, and long-term growth. Every part of The Circle exists to move you forward. If something does not contribute to your development, it does not belong here.
A place to speak openly with other therapists who understand the work without you having to explain it. Not transactional networking. Professional belonging in an industry that can feel fragmented and lonely. Community is the environment. Development is the outcome.
One membership, eleven months of structured development and a community that runs all year.
One theme per month, unlocked as the cohort moves through the year together.
Two to three each month, led by Kensey or a specialist guest. Recorded within 48 hours.
A private session at the start, middle and end of the year, to make the work specific to your practice.
Matched intentionally with another member, with a structured check-in to keep you moving.
One per module, on the things therapists rarely get access to. Live, with Q&A, recorded.
A workbook with real depth for every module. Prompts, frameworks, and space to think.
Moderated, facilitated and active for the full twelve months and beyond.
Access to international roles through Kensey's professional network.
Ten modules, building on each other. You begin with intention and end having come full circle.
Begin here. Set your intention. Meet your cohort.
Orientation, the intention you set for the year, your first goals, and the cohort relationships that carry the next twelve months.
Your practice starts with your protection.
The conversation the industry avoids: screening enquiries, setting boundaries, what to do when a session goes wrong, and a personal safety plan you keep.
Name what holds you back. Choose differently.
The inherited beliefs underneath your earning and your boundaries, named honestly, plus the practical skill of asking for what you need.
Who you are. Who you help. Why you.
Positioning built from your mission and values: the specific person you help and the transformation only you offer, so every post and price finally makes sense.
Know exactly who you serve and how to reach them.
A specific picture of your ideal client, where to find them, and how to speak so the right person feels you are talking to them.
Empowered pricing is not greed. It is longevity.
The true cost of an hour of your work, a pricing structure that actually holds, and how to raise your rates and tell your clients without apology.
Systems that protect your time and sustain your career.
A sustainable working week and the simple systems that run themselves, so admin stops eating the hours you do not have.
Hands, technique, and intentional development.
Back to your body: deep-tissue technique and body mechanics that prevent injury, energy and holding space, and a twelve-month CPD plan you will actually keep.
You cannot pour from a depleted body.
The month that turns inward: self-care and permission, movement and aftercare for therapist bodies, and yoga built for the work you do.
Look back honestly. Look forward with clarity.
Your year in review. You return to the vision and intention you set in Module 1, with twelve months of real, hard-won experience behind them.

"Caring for other people should not require sacrificing your own body. So I built the table I wish someone had made for me."
After ten years of wrestling with tables up staircases, through hotel corridors and across beaches, Kensey decided enough was enough. AERA began as a better table. The Circle is the next step: moving beyond the product into genuinely supporting the people who do the work.
She built The Circle because the development, the safety, and the business support therapists deserve has been missing for too long. This is the room she wishes she had walked into years ago.
We are opening The Circle to a small founding cohort. You help shape the programme as we build it, and in return your place is free.
All we ask is that you show up, engage honestly, and tell us what works and what does not.
The Circle lives on Mighty Networks, so your community, live sessions, modules and workbooks are all together, on the web and on the app. One login, your whole year.
Plan for five to seven hours a month. That covers your live sessions, your workbook, and homework that applies directly to your practice. The community is there for as much or as little as you want, year-round.
The founding cohort is free, in exchange for your honest feedback. After this first year, The Circle moves to a paid membership alongside an AERA table. Founding members will always be the first to know.
The founding cohort begins in September 2026. Doors open once a year, and everyone moves through the programme together.
Working therapists who are ready to invest in their practice. Whether you are employed or self-employed, mobile or in a clinic, newly qualified or years in, The Circle meets you where you are.
Entirely online, through Mighty Networks, so you can take part wherever you practise. Live sessions are recorded within 48 hours if you cannot attend.
Tell us a little about you and your practice. We read every application personally and will be in touch about your place.
